Payment
Due at time of scheduling. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, including HSA cards.

There is a 3% convenience fee for all credit, debit, and HSA card transactions

Fragrances
Naturopathic House is a fragrance- free environment. Many patients are sensitive to synthetic fragrances, so please refrain from wearing perfume and strongly scented clothing or body products.

24 Hour Cancellation Notice
If you are unable to make your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled time. If less notice is given, 50-100% of your appointment fee will be charged based on 1 or more priors and whether or not we can find someone to take your spot. If circumstances are out of your control, please speak with us about an exception. Thank you!

Insurance
We are not contracted with any insurance companies, allowing us to offer better, more effective care at affordable rates to all, insured or not.

Most insurance companies in states that license NDs cover our services and we work with them as an out-of-network provider rather than a participating provider. Many Health Shares cover our services or reimburse their members for our services. We are happy to provide you with a superbill you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If you do have insurance and will be relying on reimbursement for our care, we require you to call your insurance company and confirm that you have out-of-network benefits prior to scheduling with us.
