Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Late cancelations, no-shows and Refund Policy

All transactions are nonrefundable but credits may be applied to your account as appropriate. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice prior to the appointment time, it is considered a no-show without documentation of an emergency. After a third late cancel or no-show, per 3 year period, you may be dismissed from the practice.

We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding racism, bigotry, sexism, sexual harassment and hate speech. We have worked hard to create a safe, restorative environment that is respectful to all regardless of race, gender identity, ethnicity or religious beliefs. Health and wellness are human rights and at Naturopathic House, we believe in finding ways to serve our community better and welcome your participation in making Western North Carolina a beacon of natural health and wellness equity.

Any products purchased from Naturopathic House are 100% nonrefundable once they leave the property, even if unopened. Product returns purchased online through Fullscript, Omni-Biotic or any of our online dispensary are subject to each company's respective return policy irrespective of Naturopathic House, a secondary facility location of Wild Things Natural Health PLLC.
